App-Based Card Pretty Useless

I downloaded the app and put the Speedy Rewards card in my iPhone Wallet. There is literally no way to use it at the pump. I had to go in, pre-pay (so no filling my tank unless I want to go BACK in to get my change), and no way to get a car wash. I asked for a physical card, but they cant give me one there because theres no way to link it to the account Ive already set up. No one seems to know how I CAN get a card that will show the points Ive already accrued. Also, in my state I read that my points cannot be redeemed for gasoline. Theres nothing else I would ever get at a gas station.
